I conduct Medico-legal Neuropsychology Assessments, Independent Medical Examination Reports & Court Reports
Specialising in quality comprehensive medico-legal neurocognitive assessments, reporting for:
- Fitness for trial and soundness
- s29(2) Criminal Code Act 1899 Immature Age (Doli Incapax)
- Competence
- Capacity
- Presentence/mitigation, s14
- Neurocognitive assessments (executive thinking, judgement, communication/language, memory, attention and psychomotor ability)
for District, Supreme, Magistrates, Mental Health and Family Courts.
- Expert witness for medico-legal cases
- Independent Medical Examination (IME) services are provided. As IME, Dr Zeeman is proficient in American Medical Association Guides V5 and V6 (latest) for determination of permanent impairment.
- Referrals are welcome from NSW Qld SA WA NT TAS VIC Legal practitioners, Departments of Family Services, Legal Aid and DPP. Legal Aid rates available.
- In the interests of maintaining independence and unbiased reporting, self-referrals without written legal instruction are not accepted.
- Reports are typically generated within two to four weeks of assessment, unless otherwise requested. Additional fees may apply for expedited reporting.
